This book started as a game, and little by little came into life to become what you are reading today. As it developed, it became necessary to incorporate different kinds of information in order to satisfy readers´ curiosity and enrich their knowledge.
With the passing of time, it was no more a recipe book, but a reference text about some important health topics, especially for those readers interested in keeping their cholesterol levels low, or to be able to feast their beloved ones with healthy recipes.
Even though during these two years of hard work there have been ups and downs, the nutritious advantages of chia seeds are so many, that I did not want to throw away the unique opportunity of including them in preparations to suit every taste. While leafing through this book you will find traditional recipes with an innovative taste and simple pieces of advice so that the most inexperienced reader feels encouraged to try them.
